Need some help trying to navigate the complexity of Eddie, the edible ink printer?! I’ve been where you are before and I’m here to help! I wrote this all-in-one guide to share my experiences, troubleshooting, decorating examples, setting descriptions and more! My hope is this guide will help break down the complexity of the printer into simple how-to steps to get you comfortable with your prints! I’ve included a snapshot of the guide’s table of contents to give you an idea of the subjects that will be addressed.

***I use a Mac computer with Swift Publisher software. I have no experience with the Bartender software. 99% of the time, I use a 3rd party tray (Milton Tray) manual feed. I rarely use my carousel, so this manual does not cover the carousel or Sassy Tray use in detail. The majority of this guide is based on manual feed prints using Swift Publisher!****
